This class focuses on the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates. Get a full body workout while learning core strengthening and stabilizing techniques on your own Reformer. Limit of 4 people. (50 Mins)
Combine precise muscle targeting Pilates exercises with strong and controlled jumps to step up your Reformer Workout!!! (50 Mins)
Intermediate Reformer is the next progression from the Essential Plus class, incorporating more complex and coordinated intermediate level exercises. This repertoire challenges exercise intensity, strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control. (50 Mins)
